Policies on Physical Items
Returns and Refunds
If you cancel the order 14 days after receiving the item, providing the item is shipped back within the next 14 days(Total 30 days) and in correct order a refund will be processed within 14 days of the item being returned.
In person returns will need a proof of purchase (Zettle receipt if bought by card) or in original packaging by the original customer within 30 days of purchase. A full refund or exchange will be offered.
If you have received the piece and no longer want it a replacement or refund will be offered.
Items are lost in the post for more than 14 days, a refund or replacement will be offered.
Customer covers all additional postage costs for returning of pieces and swapping of pieces. No refund or replacement will be given if the piece returns damaged though improper packaging.
No Refunds are given if;
Buying reduced price wares, such as 2nds
Damaging the piece through improper use or trying to repair yourself
Repairs and Replacements
If an item arrives to you broken or damaged straight out of the postage box, photos will be required, a replacement item will be sent with no additional cost.
If an item becomes faulty over time a repair or replacement will be offered as long as the piece has not been used improperly or broken through wear and tear.
Shipping
Items are posted twice a week using royal mail 2nd class postage. Typically arriving 2 to 5 days later. All shipping costs are included in the price. UK orders only
Policies on Pottery Experience
The Studio
Please wear appropriate clothes for the weather and for clay, all pottery experiences are held in the cosy studio shed, many pictures on the website. If the weather is nice we will spread out onto the decking area. If the weather is cold we will be in the shed, it has a fan heater but can become quite cold.
Short Pottery Experiences - One Hour up to One Day
Booking short pottery experiences via the website you will fill in the booking form, an email will be sent to confirm your booking, if the dates or time are unavailable, alternates will be offered.
If both parties accept the date/time an invoice will be sent. A 50% payment is required to secure your place. The additional 50% is payable by BACS at least 72 hours before your Pottery Experience. If booking less than 72 hours full payment is due immediately.
On short pottery experiences full refunds are given to those who cancel 72 hours before the experience. Partial refunds to those cancelling less than 72 hours before their experience.
Date changes are allowed up to 3 times if 72 hour notice is given, failure to attend on the third date change will result in a loss of money with no refund. Once dates have been agreed to change, no refunds will be offered.
Pieces will be ready to collect 6 to 8 weeks following the experience. Postage can be arranged on the day of the experience with an additional cost. Non collected pieces will be held onto for 6 months, with up to 6 attempts to contact you through email and/or phone number. After this period they will be disposed of.
If your pieces are irrevocably damaged after your experience before they have been fired, you will be invited back to remake them at no cost. If your pieces are damaged in the post, a replacement will be offered.
Longer Pottery Experiences- Multiple Session Courses
Once booked an agreement of dates and times will be conducted for all the sessions whether it's 4,6 or 8. To secure your place a 10% non refundable deposit is required.
The full payment is due by BACS no later than 72 hours before your start date. Once booked you can change a date up to 3 times, the full amount of sessions must be completed no later than two months after the agreed end date. Failure to attend within the time period no refunds will be given. Once dates have been changed no refunds will be offered.
Cancelation of the longer pottery experiences can be done 72 hours before start date with a refund being offered (minus deposit) Cancelation half way through will result in a partial refund.
After completing the Pottery Experience your pieces will be ready to collect 6 to 8 weeks after. Non collected pieces will be held onto for 6 months, with up to 6 attempts to contact you through email and/or phone number. After this period they will be disposed of.
Gift Voucher Policies and Additional Information
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased online or in person are valid for 3 months. These can be extended for an additional 9 months if the receiver of the gift voucher gets in contact with the gift voucher number.
Failure to contact before the 3 month expiry date stated on the voucher will result in a non refundable non returnable gift voucher.
If you have booked a date and are unable to attend 72 hours notice needs to be given, failure to do this will result in the gift voucher becoming used and invalid.
Up to 3 rescheduled dates can be arranged, however the experience must be used before the full 12 months is over. If you cancel or fail to attend on your third reschedule this will result in the gift voucher being considered as used.
After the initial 6 month extension, Gift Vouchers can be extended for an additional 6 months totalling 18 months if you have extenuating circumstances, listed but not limited to long term illness, long term injury (broken bone) However once a date has been booked the voucher cannot be extended, the date can be rescheduled up to three times within 12 months of voucher purchase date.

All pottery experiences are held in a studio shed, it is exposed to the elements so please wear appropriate clothes for the weather and for clay.
The space is cosy with many pictures on the website.
