The Original Lichen Vessel

The first lichen vessel to be created, aprox 20cm high 
This piece is thrown in black stoneware with a crackle surface which has then been manipulated creating an opening in the side of the vessel. This has then been backed with fabric and lichen embroidery has been added to the surface
